Use a foam roller and lacrosse ball to self-soothe tight muscles and relieve pain

Perform proper warm-up movements to activate your body before a run

Incorporate cool-down strategies that promote faster recovery and reduce soreness

Apply self-mobility routines to improve running efficiency and longevity
